Water exercise classes
Water Exercise is a great way to start moving! Beat the heat with friends while working on your fitness.
Some benefits of water exercise are:
-Low impact exercises for your joints
-builds muscle and endurance
-having a greater range of movement and mobility
Anyone who is 16 and older can join. Participants must be comfortable in the water by themselves. Classes are available to be scheduled. The maximum number of participants in the water at a time is 8 but can be more or less depending on the size of the pool. Sessions will be held in one location for all of the classes.
One 1-hour long classes are available on site or at a private location, please contact me for details and scheduling.
To sign up for a session please use the Schedule now link on the lessons page. Please note that when you are signing up for these classes you are signing up for the entire session, not just one class. The scheduling app that I use (Calendly) does not have the feature to set re-occurring events so please be sure to sign up for each date individually.
